Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Product Manager to lead experimentation efforts and optimize website performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across key website pages
- Continuously refine copy, design, and visual assets to enhance user engagement and overall performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing teams to implement test results and drive improvements
Required Qualifications
- +2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or other experimentation platforms (preferred but not required)
- Experience working on website or digital product optimization projects
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and using A/B testing to enhance user experience and business impact
