  • 1+ year in technical support or a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL, including SELECT, filtering, and aggregates
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for clear communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in English for effective communication with global clients
