- Engage with customers via Helpdesk and video calls to resolve technical problems

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in technical support or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, including SELECT, filtering, and aggregates
- Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for clear communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English for effective communication with global clients
