Junior UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, UX Researcher (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys
• Conduct literature reviews and competitive analyses to inform research questions and hypotheses
• Collaborate with the UX team to synthesize research findings and present insights to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in UX research or a related field
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., UserZoom, EnjoyHQ, Dovetail, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of UX design principles and processes
