Job Summary
A company is looking for a Purchasing Advisor to develop proposals and support vendor approval processes for K12 education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze RFPs to develop tailored proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage vendor approval applications and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Track proposal submissions and communicate with funding agencies to ensure compliance and address inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, English, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in writing and responding to RFPs in the K12 education sector
- Experience in K12 educational sales and grant writing is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of K12 education funding mechanisms and grant opportunities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal development software
