Job Summary
A company is looking for a L2 Infra Support (Devops Infra).
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve critical production issues by leading major incident calls, engaging proper teams, and driving root cause analysis
- Collaborate within and across teams to resolve application issues and advance as needed
- Create, modify, and monitor dashboards to catch potential issues and aid in observability
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in application support, Middleware support, and production support
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Windows, Middleware technologies, and DevOps tools
- Experience with Azure cloud, Cloud technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics)
- Infrastructure build engineering experience with middleware, OpenShift, Azure cloud
- Experience with triaging application issues, network issues, and OS performance issues
