• Confirm receipt of orders by technicians and manage scheduling efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED
• Proficient to expert in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to focus in a busy call center environment
• Private workspace with no distractions and high-speed internet connection for VoIP calls
• Must pass Trident Care's Network Performance Test
