Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Expense Processor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, review, and audit expense reimbursement requests ensuring compliance with policies
  • Utilize tracking software for expense processing and maintain financial security by following internal controls
  • Assist in training team members and resolving transaction discrepancies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or advanced degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of related financial experience in a professional service organization
  • Prior knowledge of financial systems such as Aderant Expert, Chrome River, or Concur preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software applications
  • Experience in customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials
