A company is looking for a Lead Game Designer to take full ownership of the game design process, from ideation to live operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design vision for the game, focusing on core gameplay, progression, and meta systems
• Lead the creation and implementation of features, ensuring top-tier quality throughout the development process

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Meta/Systems Design with a successful track record in mobile games
• Experience in leading or mentoring designers and managing feature delivery from concept to implementation
• Ability to perform competitor benchmarks and apply insights effectively to game design
• Experience or strong interest in the Web3 space
• Self-starter with a data-driven mindset critical for success in the role
