Lead IAM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IAM Engineer to manage identity and access management systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforces policies and procedures related to identity lifecycle management and IAM best practices
• Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and supports identity-related software applications and governance
• Leads the development of IAM technical strategies, designs, standards, and procedures to support business strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 5 - 7 years of related experience or equivalent experience
• Experience with Active Directory, Okta, Ping, Duo, and Azure AD
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing Security and IDaaS solutions
• Preferred certifications include CIAM, CIST, CAMS, CISSP, or CISM
