Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Instructional Designer for a Certification Program with AI Experience Preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design learning certification program outlines, content, and assessment materials
- Collaborate with project teams to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence and prompt engineering to develop content
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in training, certification programs, and AI projects
- Experience in driving training certification content from preproduction to launch
- Expertise in AI Prompt Engineering using Gemini AI preferred
- Strong knowledge of AI, Internet technologies, and solutions
- Fluency with Google Suite and Gemini AI preferred
