A company is looking for a Lead Kore AI Developer with conversation AI experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning and requirements gathering, including estimation, development, testing, and project management
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor while providing ongoing technical support and improvement of services
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members
Required Qualifications
- Experience with building conversation workflows and intents in Kore.AI or similar platforms
- Experience in the healthcare domain and integrating conversation AI bots with case management workflows
- 3-5 years of application development experience
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable major
- Solid foundation in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and software design
