Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Telephony Modernization Program by migrating from Avaya to AWS Connect
  • Develop and maintain integrated communication platforms for member and provider engagement across various channels
  • Integrate contact center platforms with healthcare systems and implement CI/CD improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as an Omnichannel Developer
  • 7+ years of experience with AWS Connect, Lambda, LEX, and call flow documentation
  • 7+ years of experience running a code pipeline and code repositories (CI/CD)
  • 5+ years of experience leading migrations from Avaya to AWS Connect
  • AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner - Lowest Cert)
