Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of HR Business Partner experience, with 5+ years supporting senior VP+ leaders in global companies
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Management; Master's preferred
• Strong business acumen and adaptability in high-growth tech environments
• Experience in managing confidential information and building trust across organizational levels
