Lead Principal Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Principal Engineer (Python and Flask).

Key Responsibilities

• Write code, troubleshoot, and design architecture for new and existing features across the tech stack
• Advise Product on the roadmap, define scope, forecast timelines, and ensure accountability for deliverables
• Coach other engineers, set team KPIs, and align engineering efforts with leadership and business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record
• Demonstrated experience as a team leader or manager
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React/Typescript
• Proficiency in server-side web technologies, preferably Python/Flask
