- Oversee resolution of service tickets and enhance provider satisfaction
- Collaborate with vendors to improve healthcare provider tools
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain favorable DoD background investigation
- 3+ years of provider systems support and education experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
