Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Scale up the GTM recruiting process in the UKI and eventually the US
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an early Talent Acquisition hire, building high-performing teams
• Proven track record of building and coaching TA teams to meet recruitment targets
• Experience in creating and implementing recruitment playbooks
• Proficiency in recruitment tools for process analysis and optimization
• Demonstrated success in scaling B2B/enterprise SaaS businesses
