Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Security Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing policy and rule configurations, health checks, and solution monitoring
- Create custom rules based on customer requirements and perform case management
- Troubleshoot agent performance issues and facilitate customer interactions for diagnosis
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer technical application support in large-scale environments
- 4+ years of experience with Digital Guardian solutions and policy management
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
- Demonstrated fluency with Linux, OSX, and MS Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with VMware/HyperV and systems scripting languages
