Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and control design
• Proven ability to lead substation design projects
• Experience in project management and client coordination
• Ability to contribute to design scope and methodologies
