Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Validation Engineer to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications through testing and collaboration with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and identify potential risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software quality assurance
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, particularly Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Quality Center
