Leadership Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leadership Coach to support executive and senior leadership transitions and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions to new leaders during their integration period
• Utilize Positive Intelligence and Predictive Index tools to enhance self-awareness and team alignment
• Collaborate with executive search teams to provide impactful coaching experiences for clients

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in operational, human resources, or talent-focused roles
• 2+ years as a leadership coach in high-growth corporate environments
• International Coaching Federation certification at the ACC level or above
• Co-Active Training Institute certification at the CPCC level or above
• College degree, preferably in Psychology, Counseling, or Management
