Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for Learning and Development questions and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Create and maintain accurate employee training records in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Lead New Hire Orientation and provide reports to leadership to ensure a positive onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years' experience in a professional administrative or training-related role
- Experience with business or administrative software systems (LMS, CRM, HRIS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Self-motivated and highly organized with a reliable work ethic
