- Assess training needs and develop content
- Facilitate training sessions and manage learning management system
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in facilitating training sessions
- Experience in conducting remote training
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience with Rise360 is a plus
