Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop high-quality learning solutions
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences and manage multiple content development projects
  • Conduct training evaluation and assessment to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development with progressive responsibilities
  • 4-5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer
  • Proficiency in instructional design models and methodologies
  • Intermediate project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs concurrently
