Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop high-quality learning solutions
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging learning experiences and manage multiple content development projects
- Conduct training evaluation and assessment to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development with progressive responsibilities
- 4-5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer
- Proficiency in instructional design models and methodologies
- Intermediate project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs concurrently
