Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer for a Non-tech AI program (B2B).
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and update existing courses based on cognitive load, motivation, and educational outcomes
- Develop new educational materials and participate in course design with subject-matter experts
- Create and maintain documentation about courses and learning aids
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related fields focused on adult learning
- Familiarity with teaching methodologies for complex skills
- Experience in developing diverse educational content and assessments
- Proficient in structuring educational experiences and creating Learning Journey Maps
- Proficient in English (C1 level or higher) and familiar with tools like Figma and HeyGen
