Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer for a Non-tech AI program (B2B).
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and update current courses based on cognitive load, motivation, and educational outcomes
- Develop new educational materials and participate in course design with Product Manager and SMEs
- Create and maintain documentation about courses and prepare materials for sales manager training
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related fields focused on adult learning
- Familiarity with teaching complex skills and developing diverse educational content
- Experience in designing assessments for skills and knowledge within courses
- Proficient in creating Learning Journey Maps (LJMs) and using modern learning tools
- Proficient in English (C1 level or higher)
