Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and developers
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for instructional design that enhances employee learning experiences
- Oversee the design and development of blended learning experiences and partner with stakeholders to recommend appropriate solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
- Seven years of relevant work experience
- No specific certificates or licenses required
- Must live and work in the US
- Experience in managing teams is preferred
