Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Manager II, User Services and Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a learning vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Continuously refine onboarding and training programs based on audience needs
  • Track and analyze learning performance to present insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a people management role
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Expertise in instructional design models and adult learning principles
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering employee training programs
  • Experience in a customer support environment or with contact centers
