- Establish a learning vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Continuously refine onboarding and training programs based on audience needs
- Track and analyze learning performance to present insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a people management role
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Expertise in instructional design models and adult learning principles
- Proven experience in designing and delivering employee training programs
- Experience in a customer support environment or with contact centers
