Learning Pathways Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Learning Pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of Learning Pathway projects and programs with regulations and design philosophy
- Manage the creation and execution of plans to support the growth of Learning Pathways and improve learner experience
- Collect, analyze, and report on Learning Pathway performance metrics to stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree required from an accredited institution
- 2-3 years of previous leadership experience
- Prior project/program management experience preferred
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
