Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Management Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle leave administration for assigned clients
- Provide guidance and support on leave policies and compliance with regulations
- Assist with onboarding new clients and participate in leave administration projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Leaves of Absence for mid to large size companies
- Experience working with various clients, including C-level executives
- Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local leave regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and leave management systems
- Technology background in benefit administration or HRIS reporting systems
