Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Management Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle leave administration for assigned clients
  • Provide guidance and support on leave policies and compliance with regulations
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and participate in leave administration projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Leaves of Absence for mid to large size companies
  • Experience working with various clients, including C-level executives
  • Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and local leave regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and leave management systems
  • Technology background in benefit administration or HRIS reporting systems
