Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal E-Learning Content Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content development and refresh schedules for non-webinar programs, including script writing
• Engage with subject matter experts to draft training scripts and interactive exercises, ensuring alignment with style and objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to conduct research on customer needs and review developed courses for quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; JD preferred but not required
• 10+ years of experience in relevant fields
• At least 5 years of experience in e-learning/content development, preferably in legal content
• 3-5 years of experience in learning script development
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
