Legal Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Virtual Legal Intake Specialist (Call Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer 60-80 calls per shift in a fast-paced remote environment
• Support multiple law firms by scheduling appointments, transferring calls, and answering FAQs
• Adapt to unique call requirements and communicate with the team in real time

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in AZ, NV, PA, TX, or UT
• Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute
• Availability for 25 hours/week between 10:00pm-5:00pm PST
• Strong customer service or call center experience preferred
• Reliable, high-speed wired internet connection required
