Legal Translator and Editor

Job Summary

A company is looking for Legal Translators and/or Editors in a Variety of Languages - U.S. Citizens (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate translation and transcription of legal documents and audio files
• Edit audio transcriptions and legal documents, ensuring proper use of legal terminology
• Review and certify the quality of other translators' work as needed

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen residing in the United States
• Active Public Trust or higher security clearance or willing to undergo a background check
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in translating and/or editing legal documents
• Familiarity with legal terminology in both English and the target foreign language(s)
