Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Antitrust Attorney to manage US antitrust legal matters on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on antitrust matters, including mergers, joint ventures, and pricing practices
• Conduct antitrust risk assessments and due diligence reviews
• Develop and deliver training programs on antitrust compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing antitrust law
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to a state bar and eligible to practice law
• Experience with both law firm and in-house legal environments preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. antitrust laws and regulations
