Licensed Architecture Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Architecture LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concept designs, specifications, and presentations for projects
• Coordinate development of project design and documentation with external consultants and internal stakeholders
• Manage external design and engineering consultants and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Licensure is preferred
• Experience with all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction administration
• Strong understanding of building codes and systems
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
