Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote SAIL Clinical Counselor.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and group counseling, focusing on clients enrolled in the SAIL program
- Perform intake, screening, assessment, and develop individual treatment plans while ensuring appropriate referrals for psychological disorders
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and maintain accurate documentation of counseling services
Required Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or clinical psychology
- Current, valid clinical license or certification for independent practice in relevant fields
- A minimum of two years' full-time, post-master's supervised clinical experience
- Must be located within commuting distance of a military installation and able to work core business hours
- Experience providing counseling for groups, couples, and/or families in a virtual environment
