Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Manager to lead a multi-state team of clinicians providing therapeutic care to students and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 20-25 clinicians, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources
- Deliver clinical supervision and provide ongoing mentorship to the clinical team
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance clinician productivity and monitor clinical outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Independently licensed to deliver mental health care (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LCPC, PhD/PsyD, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience managing a team in a pediatric behavioral health setting
- 5+ years of direct clinical experience with crisis interventions and clinical supervision
- Significant experience with short-term, skills-based care delivery
- Commitment to serving underserved communities, including uninsured families and youth in foster care
