Licensed Integrative Medicine Physician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional Medicine / Longevity Medicine / Integrative Medicine Physician.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate clinical Slack channels and respond to questions within 30 minutes
• Conduct patient visits, including escalated and DEA visits
• Provide EHR patient case support and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified MD or DO
• Minimum of five (5) years of perimenopause/menopause experience
• Formal training in Longevity Medicine and/or Functional / Integrative Medicine
• At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
• Minimum of five (5) active state licenses in good standing
