Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage, rates, and billing issues
  • Share expertise on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
  • Assist customers recently involved in accidents by setting up new claim reports and offering additional products

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for those not licensed
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours after training completion
  • Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet at personal expense
  • Must connect provided hardware to a surge protector and router via cable
