Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Entry-Level Therapy Recruiter - COTA, PTA, or SLPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and update staffing requisitions and screen candidates for minimum qualifications
• Utilize online resources to source candidates and achieve sourcing goals
• Support process improvements and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Therapy Assistant (PTA, COTA, or SLPA) required
• Competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Previous experience in high-volume sourcing or recruitment preferred
• Ability to communicate urgently with team members and candidates
• Minimal travel may be required
