Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Health Mid-Market Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train new producers while achieving sales production and premium growth objectives
- Maintain positive relationships with various support teams and assist producers with enrollment support
- Analyze markets and develop recruiting programs to enhance business persistency and growth
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 5 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
- Life and Health insurance license (Preferred)
- CEBS, CLU, and/or ChFC certifications (Preferred)
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
