Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on channel partner strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including benefits consultants and life insurance carriers
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, insurance carriers, or benefits solutions
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build trust-based relationships
- Deep understanding of partner management, sales cycles, and revenue growth strategies
- Previous experience using Salesforce and Benefit flow
- Holds Life & Health license - resident state minimum
