Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Life and Retirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong knowledge of Life and Retirement insurance products, services, and policies
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chats
- Ensure a great customer experience by adhering to company and state rules and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- H.S. Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience preferred
- Successfully complete the Service Representative Trainee Program
- Obtain and maintain Life license and/or 6/63 license within 12 months of hire
- Insurance or Finance industry experience helpful
