Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Life and Retirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong knowledge of Life and Retirement insurance products, services, and policies
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chats
  • Ensure a great customer experience by adhering to company and state rules and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience preferred
  • Successfully complete the Service Representative Trainee Program
  • Obtain and maintain Life license and/or 6/63 license within 12 months of hire
  • Insurance or Finance industry experience helpful
