Liferay Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liferay Product Analyst to support the technical development and implementation of its proprietary clinical platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user support through support tickets and system configuration
• Solicit and manage user feedback through surveys, focus groups, and customer discovery
• Facilitate testing of new functionality rollouts and provide basic data analysis support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or related fields
• 2+ years of product analyst or similar experience, preferably in a non-profit setting
• Experience with Liferay, version 7.4 or later preferred
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, Python, and SQL preferred
