Job Summary

A company is looking for a Linux Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and engineering services to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer issues through a ticketing system and respond within designated service-level agreements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while understanding customer business needs
  • Collaborate with engineers and developers to create solutions and contribute to the knowledge management system

Required Qualifications and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in a support, sustaining, or development role within an enterprise environment
  • Excellent understanding of Linux and PaaS, with advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of installation, networking, firewall, security, and databases using Linux
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the enterprise IT sector
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) required or to be obtained after starting
