Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Litigation Claims responsible for managing complex casualty and liability claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigation, evaluation, and resolution of high-exposure casualty and liability claims
- Develop and execute litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes while balancing cost and risk
- Present large loss claims and coverage recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred
- 7-10+ years of claims experience with significant litigation management experience
- Expertise in Garage Keepers and Commercial Automotive Inventory Insurance preferred
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex coverage forms
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing external counsel
