Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Litigation Claims responsible for managing complex casualty and liability claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead investigation, evaluation, and resolution of high-exposure casualty and liability claims
  • Develop and execute litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes while balancing cost and risk
  • Present large loss claims and coverage recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred
  • 7-10+ years of claims experience with significant litigation management experience
  • Expertise in Garage Keepers and Commercial Automotive Inventory Insurance preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex coverage forms
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing external counsel
