Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - Litigation to support global litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the company's litigation matters, focusing on commercial disputes and intellectual property issues
• Develop relationships with legal team members and business stakeholders to provide effective legal advice
• Manage outside counsel and handle responses to third-party subpoenas and discovery processes

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and membership in good standing with at least one state bar
• 4 - 6 years of dedicated litigation experience in a law firm setting
• Experience with copyright and patent infringement claims and federal securities claims
• Experience with the discovery process and third-party subpoena management
• Experience working in an in-house legal department is a plus
