Loan Disclosure Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Disclosure Specialist to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of documents and fees associated with the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Validates and ensures accuracy of fees entered by loan officers
- Prepares and distributes initial and change disclosure packets in compliance with regulations
- Monitors and tracks the loan pipeline to ensure timely processing of documents
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Minimum one (1) year of mortgage loan processing or related experience
- Knowledge of FNMA and Freddie MAC guidelines; VA and FHA knowledge preferred
- Understanding of loan processing and closing policies, procedures, and documentation
- Familiarity with governmental and agency requirements and automated processing systems
