A company is looking for a Loan Processor III.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and pre-underwrite various mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with standards
• Act as a liaison between loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and funding
• Monitor the loan processing cycle to ensure timely closure and resolve any issues that arise

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in Business, Finance/Accounting, or related fields preferred
• Five or more years of experience as a Loan Processor, with specific experience in conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond loans
• Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and federal, state, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Sound judgment and critical thinking skills to evaluate facts and data effectively
