Logik.io Functional Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logik.io Functional Lead, responsible for supporting sales and drafting users in quoting and drafting processes using Logik.io software.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing updates and improvements to Logik.io configuration and visualizations
• Identify and create documentation to clarify daily processes for users within Logik.io
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to resolve technical issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with knowledge in precast concrete
• Familiarity with Logik.io and/or quoting and CAD drafting tools
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft suite of tools
• Experience with data validation and formatting in a business context
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for go-lives and data collection
