Loss Mitigation Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Manager (Subs/Replacements) to lead a team in optimizing ticket substitution and replacement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Subs/Replacement Team to meet SLAs, fulfillment timelines, and marketplace compliance
- Optimize substitution processes to minimize cancellations and maintain seller ratings
- Monitor performance using data tools, resolve complex customer issues, and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the ticketing industry (fulfillment, loss mitigation, support, etc)
- 1+ year of experience managing a team or brokerage
- Demonstrated experience with process implementation and system development
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools like Monday.com and Intercom
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with other departments and partners
